Fiscal invoicing in this country

E-invoicing applicability depends on the notified turnover threshold and transaction type. The authorized IRP guidance includes the ₹5 crore threshold applicable from August 2023. Current reporting deadlines and exceptions must also be checked with GSTN.

Quotisa generates quotations and pro formas, without GST tax-invoice issuance. It does not obtain an IRN, create a signed QR code, submit to an IRP or file GST returns. Use the appropriate invoicing system even where e-invoicing does not apply.
